To facilitate the villagers in Babirah village, the village government and Katingan Mentaya Project rahibilated 11 bridges.
"We rehabilitated 11 bridges which were extremely damaged," said Babirah Village Head, Julam Effendi. "Our village funds were used to handle the COVID 19 outbreak, wo do not have funds to rehabilitate the bridges," he continued “With KMP assistance, we managed to do it this year”.

He also said that local village community were actively involved with the rehabilitation, they work as construction laborers.
