Since 2019, Ibu Suniarni has been a dedicated member of the Baun Bango Health Centre team. Her role has been multifaceted, including managing the Posbindu PTM program and serving as a nurse in the general clinic. In addition to her primary duties, she also assisted her colleagues in various capacities, such as filling in at the pharmacy when needed.

Miss Suniarni was particularly enthusiastic about the Floating Posyandu program, which she believed would bring significant benefits to the village and surrounding neighborhoods.

The program effectively combined the Posbindu PTM and Posyandu Lansia activities, enabling both screening and treatment in one cohesive approach.

This integration really ignited a sense of enthusiasm within the community, encouraging more people to attend the Posyandu for treatment. Moreover, the program has trained Posyandu cadres to be more self-reliant when conducting screenings, which of course proved to be invaluable.

Being very effusive in her praise for the overall project and delighted with the outcomes, Ibu noted that the cadres had now become significantly more helpful and that both the Puskesmas and felt that the community itself had benefited immensely from the comprehensive treatments provided by them.

Ibu’s motivation really stemmed from the all the positive changes she witnessed. The project had brought structure and organization to the cadres through the training they received, and she was and is, very happy with her current job, feeling greatly supported by the initiatives.

Ibu’s commitment was evident in her actions and words. She believed strongly in the importance of environmental care. Ibu really highlighted the need for healthy latrines and valued the counseling provided by RMU on sanitation and the proper use of toilets, known locally as “Jambat”.

Through her work at Baun Bango Health Centre, Ibu Suniarni's dedication and efforts were making a tangible difference. Her passion for improving healthcare services and promoting environmental awareness underscored her commitment to the well-being of her community.
